Issues: Company A in Nagano manufactures resistors by applying resistive paint to ceramics, but the lubricant used for the conveyor chain in the paint drying oven (170-180°C) was evaporating and adhering to the products, causing problems. However, without lubrication, issues such as damage and wear due to vibration arise. Solution: Bilar VG-HT creates a grease film that does not evaporate after a few hours, providing excellent lubrication by penetrating into the details of the chain.
